SCHEDULING
This is the core of what we do. Our goal is to create a complete schedule
for your team, tournament, league, or conference, giving conference
administrators and league and athletic directors, less stress and more
time. We will customize your schedules to your specifications. It starts
with a survey you provide to us, and you can then follow the scheduling
process throughout, and finally approve it once it is finished. We will
not rest until you are satisfied!
YOUR TEAM PAGE
Once your schedule is approved, it goes on your own personal team page.
You can customize this team page with your team mascot and colors. You
can also view game schedules, input and manage practice schedules, and
communicate with parents and players through the page. Your Team Page
allows you to engage and interact with all participants for fundraising
events, volunteer sign up and coordination, and so much more.
COMMUNICATION SOLUTIONS
Reach one person or an entire group with one way messaging. Send notifications
by text, email, or automated updates through the Your Team Page portal.
Convenient solutions that are easy to use for AD’s and coaches, and
give parents and other key personnel the ability to receive messages
for specific teams, and customize their messages accordingly.
VOLUNTEER COORDINATION
With your personal team page active, parents can now sign up directly
through the page to volunteer for specific practice or game dates. You
can control the volunteer coordination yourself with a basic sign-up
process, or we can provide a more detailed volunteer coordination service
for an additional fee.
REFEREES
We can provide trained and level appropriate officials for many sports
in certain geographical areas. We can also relieve this burden from
the AD by contracting and communicating with your local officials associations
and assigners. We know how difficult this process can be, and we have
the experience and connections to make sure each game has the officials
you need!
